1. If the transformer is not connected to a load, it will not produce any output at the terminals. Ensure your lights are properly connected before measuring the voltage.
2. It is not recommended to use cables longer than 150 feet per tap when connecting to the DEWENWILS Low Voltage Transformer.
3. The transformer features a power-off memory function, allowing it to resume the previous working mode after a power outage.
4. If the transformer is not functioning, you may need to reset the circuit breaker.
